Master the Art of The Movement with our Pilates Sculpt Certification

While prior experience in instructing can be beneficial, it is not mandatory. Our course is designed to accommodate both beginners and experienced practitioners. We provide comprehensive training that will equip you with the necessary skills.

The duration of the course will vary depending on your individual pace, but has been specifically designed to encompass 50 hours of training — allowing us to award a recognized 50-hour certification upon completion.

With a Pilates Sculpt Certification, you will be able to work as an instructor in almost any gyms and fitness centers in Israel, or even start your own classes. The certification can also enhance your profile if you're already in the fitness industry.

The Movement Method: Pilates Sculpt is a self-paced, at-home certification program built around structured modules and video demonstrations that walk you through the key elements of instructing. You work through the material on your own time, in your own space.

To complete your certification, there is an in-person requirement held at The Movement Jerusalem, where you'll take part in practice teaching, live instructor feedback, and hands-on coaching. For those unable to attend in person, a Zoom option is available upon arrangement — though we highly recommend the in-person sessions, as they tend to be the a highly transformative piece of your training journey
